MedPlus offers OptiMaxx system administrator training at its corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio. The class, included as part of the OptiMaxx contract, provides hands-on training for OptiMaxx users, complete with servers, jukeboxes and scanners. Class size is limited to six clients in order to be able to provide more individual attention. For those locations that will be doing scanning, the class is four days long. If scanning will not be performed, the class runs three days.

Day 2		Checking Backup Status, Jukebox Administration, User Administration, System Administration, Class Administration
Day 3		Class Administration (continued), Dispatcher, OptiMaxx Search, MedCom Data, Reconciliation, Administrative Information and Procedures
Day 4		Scanning Application: Scanner Maintenance, Batch Setup
