Care360 Labs & Meds is an Internet-based solution for physician practices and Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) who seek an alternative to a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Care360 enhances an existing paper-based patient record system by providing immediate access to a patient-centric view of clinical data obtained from various healthcare sources.

Care360 provides electronic lab test ordering, online delivery and viewing of lab results, and electronic eligibility checking and prescribing, in addition to a number of other important patient care features. Care360 enables access to clinical data for patients not only at the physician office, but also from remote locations such as a hospital, or even from home.

Care360 allows you to perform the following tasks:

Order lab tests from Quest Diagnostics® and other labs.
Access and view lab results received from Quest Diagnostics and other labs.
Provide clinical insights at the time of order and result.
Prepare and order drug prescriptions.
Perform Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) eligibility checks, including pharmacy coverage, PBM formulary, and patient medication history.
Perform drug-to-drug interaction checking per prescription, as well as across a patient's active medications and medication history.
Perform drug-to-allergy interaction checking per prescription.
Manage clinical documents received from external systems.
Communicate clinical data securely within and between physician offices.
View data by patient, user, and organization.
Analyze patient data using various tools, including flowsheets, graphs, and informatics queries.
Access a user-configurable inbox for both clinical and non-clinical data.
Maintain associations of physicians-to-provider organizations, physicians-to-payor plans, and physicians-to-specialties.
Communicate with Quest Diagnostics to gain assistance in interpreting results.
